You’ll be hands-on with designing, experimenting, and producing dynamic AI-driven video, visual effects, and motion graphics—pushing creative boundaries while helping to develop innovative workflows.
You don't need to be highly technical, but a deep interest in narrative visual storytelling, experience in design/animation, AND enthusiasm and motivation to learn and use AI-powered tools are essential!
**Responsibilities**

+ Prototype AI-assisted visual pipelines that streamline production and enhance creative possibilities.
+ Contribute to hands-on production work including concept development, storyboarding, and animatic creation using AI workflows.
+ Assist in curating training datasets for fine-tuning models tailored to specific characters, styles, or animations.
+ Collaborate with designers, animators, and developers to understand how AI workflows can integrate into broader content pipelines.
+ Help build training materials for AI tool best practices
**Qualifications**
+ Proven experience creating motion graphics, animation, or VFX content using traditional tools and workflows (After Effects, Nuke, C4D, Maya, Blender etc.)
+ Some hands-on knowledge of image and video generation with Flux, RunwayML, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Pika, Luma ComfyUI, or similar platforms. Deep experience using these tools is not necessary, but an interest in learning to use them is crucial.
+ An eye for aesthetics and a portfolio that blends creativity with experimentation.
+ Experience with compositing and photo editing/manipulation
+ Curiosity-driven mindset with a desire to explore the future of creative production.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate their creativity through their work and share their perspective on visual storytelling.
