Sales Support Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.You will be mainly accountable for:1. Track and coordinate after-sales service cases2. Statistics of after-sales service case reports3. Troubleshooting of motor faults4. Track the progress of after-sales spare parts
Qualifications for the role1. Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering;2. Proficient in using Excel and other related office software3. Master the use of Power BI;4. Good communication skills and ability to handle pressure;
