- Ensure company administrative policies and procedures comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Oversee and enforce internal company rules and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Oversee and manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Optimize administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
- Manage and maintain office facilities and equipment, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Cooridinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery and handling
procurement & invertory of office supplies, ensuring adequate suppky and cost control.
- Develop and manage the administrative budget, controlling costs and ensuring expenditures stay within budget.
- Act as a liaso between internal departments to ensure smooth information flow
- Manage and optimize employee benefit programs to enhance satisfaction.
- Organize company events and training sessions to boost team cohesion and employee engagement.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of administrative work and identify areas for improvement.
- Introduce new technologies and methods to modernize administrative management.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable office environment, complying with health and safety standards.

1. Educational Background
• A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related fields is preferred.
2. Work Experience
• At least 5years of administratiive experience,with familiary in office operations. Fresh graduate with relevant internshio are also considered
3. Skill
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,espiecal Word,Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Excellent organizational,communication and multitasking abilities, with high attention to detail.
