Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations and providing essential support to our executives and staff.

Manage and coordinate daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivityProvide administrative support to executives, including calendar management and travel arrangementsHandle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondencePrepare and edit various documents, reports, and presentationsOrganize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physicalCoordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and cateringAssist in the onboarding process for new employeesManage office supplies inventory and place orders as neededLiaise with vendors, service providers, and other external partnersSupport various departments with administrative tasks as requiredContribute to the improvement of office policies and proceduresAssist in special projects and initiatives as assigned

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative roleExceptional organizational and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to work independently and exercise sound judgmentExcellent attention to detail and high level of accuracyProven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challengesCustomer service orientation with a professional and courteous demeanorExperience in coordinating tasks and assisting with various phases of projectsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
