About Your Business Area/Department:

Autonomous and efficient analyst who looks after the overall Collections operations and of services rendered by Amadeus. This includes all the collection services invoiced to travel agencies and local providers. The main focus of this role is to successfully implement and monitor all collection flows and its KPI’s, liaising with the Customers, Sales team, Accounting and Treasury teams, as well as with the SAP system solution.

Summary of the role:

Cross Americas knowledge: Capability to execute collection activities (Accounts Receivable / Cash Application / Bad Debt proposal and Dunning) and processes for North America and Latin America.Take ownership to optimize collection SLA compliance and OTC cross team collaboration and efficiency.You will provide support when required to the Accounts Receivable Manager in the coordination of all projects related to process improvements within the Accounts Receivable area.Expertise on Americas systems landscape. Driver for permanent improvement and criteria to evolve OTC via raising requirements and CRs.Collaborate with travel agencies to resolve issues.Optimize collaboration with neighboring areas, support and customers.Handle Monthly collection cycle, monthly closing and reporting activities to ensure deadlines are met.Assist with planning, directing, and implementing procedures.

In this role you’ll:

Work together with other finance areas and internal customers to ensure positive Key Performance Indicators in line with agreed Service Level Agreements for operational Collection processes.You are a business partner for internal departments and customers, providing support and advice for all operational Collection-related topics.Collaborate and give input on the evolution of Order to Cash related processes.You are eager to work on local and international projects.

About the ideal candidate:

Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in a Finance role, ideally related to Billing, Collection, OTC or similar.-English bilingualFluent SpanishExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Identify new requirements, identify problems, analyze, prioritize and solve them.Proactiveness and initiative.Excellent communication, conflict management and team development skills.-Expert level SAP, Excel, Salesforce and Power BI are a plus.
