Account Manager - Mercer Marsh Benefits (New Business Focus)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Marsh Benefits Team. This role will be based in Taiwan.

We will count on you to:

Arranging new business meetings, creating and leading sales pitches⁠Evaluating existing sales practices and processes to enhance delivery and produce resultsLeading and closing complex sales, tenders and RFP/RFQ projectsResearching market trends and industry updates, for the purpose of building market credibility and knowledgeBuilding relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure trust and long-term relationships conducive to new business activityCultivating positive interactions and relationship with team members, leaders and managers, and across other Mercer business lines to evaluate sales strategy, results and execution

What you need to have:

Bachelor’s Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Management or any relevant disciplineAt least 5 years of relevant sales or business development experience ideally within the health and benefit insurance industryStrong network of HR  professions will be a plusStrong communication skills when liaising with different category of potential clients/internal stakeholdersValue teamwork, strong collaboration, individual performance, and personal successProven ability to drive results while working under tight deadlines
