Your Role
The Stellantis Sales Account Manager for Signal and Power Solutions will be based in Troy, Michigan reporting to the Stellantis Sales Manager. The role is responsible for managing and coordinating all commercial aspects for assigned programs including change management, establishing and strengthening customer relationships, and developing profit enhancement and growth strategies.
Key job responsibilities for this role include:
Lead cross functional teams in preparing quotations for both new business and engineering changesEnsure quotations meet financial metrics; Actively lead teams in ensuring quotes are accurate and meet customer timingNegotiate with Stellantis Cost Engineering and Purchasing to ensure Aptiv is compensated for all customer driven costs.Actively manage receivables to minimize past duesEnsure all customer rebill documentation is prepared, submitted and collected on timeDevelop and Implement business pursuit plans for targeted Stellantis programsManage appropriations request for new programs and model year changes to ensure capital funds are available to meet program timingLead commercial discussions for annual business plan targetsActively manage and drive cost reduction initiatives for assigned programsEnsure compliance with customer specific requirements.Your Background (Basic Qualifications)
Skill in negotiationsAbility to coordinate and lead cross functional teams5+ years sales/finance/ engineering experience in automotive supplyAdvanced English proficiencyBachelor´s degreeAbility to prioritize and manage multiple taskStrong attention to detailProficiency in Word, Excel and PPTKnowledge of SAPNice to have:
