This role is to become the on-going administration manager of AON flex benefits team who will work independently with clients to perform routine administration activities and heavily involve in flex project design, implementation, and communication Job Profile： • Work independently with Flex client operation team to handle routine activities including but not limited to: data clean and review, generate reporting, and handle urgent inquires from clients • Respond to the flex clients’ inquiries based on the service level agreement • Provide on-site communication support based on client needs • Required travel upon client request • Final review monthly finance, insurance, payroll report independently • Recommend administrative process improvements • Learn system configuration tools and conduct user interface testing Qualifications： • Minimum 3 year experience in Pension, Insurance or Payroll operation experience • Bachelor degree • Ability to communicate effectively and independently with clients • Solid working knowledge of computers and office tools, excel, word and PPT • Basic knowledge about general compensation and benefits will be a plus • Excellent customer service, teamwork spirit and have high sense of responsibility • Be able to learn fast and work under pressure • Proficient English spoken and written skills   We Offer You A competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
