What will I be doing?
\nThe intern will work alongside colleagues in the Groups and Events department for most of the internship period, supporting both in daily operations involving contact with guests at the hotel (Business Center) and in the back office. Tasks will include handling:
\n\n communications via phone, fax, and email with clients;\n preparing quotations and following up on requests;\n entering guest group information along with related “specials,” and blocking rooms in the system; \n\nOver the 6-month internship, the possibility of gaining exposure to other areas of Business Development (Reservations and Sales & Marketing) will be evaluated together with the Commercial Director.
