**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Kubernetes Docker and Azure DevOps. This role requires a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel. The Technical Lead will play a crucial role in driving our technical projects and ensuring the successful deployment of our solutions. **Responsibilities** + Lead the design and implementation of scalable and reliable Kubernetes clusters. + Oversee the deployment and management of Docker containers to ensure efficient application performance. + Provide guidance and support to the development team on best practices for using Azure DevOps. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement CI/CD pipelines. + Ensure the security and compliance of our cloud infrastructure. + Monitor and optimize system performance to meet business requirements. + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Kubernetes Docker and Azure DevOps. + Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture and processes. + Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. + Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation. + Participate in technical discussions and decision-making processes. + Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality technical solutions. **Qualifications** + Must have extensive experience with Kubernetes and Docker. + Must have strong knowledge of Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. + Should have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. + Should possess strong communication and collaboration abilities. + Nice to have experience with cloud security and compliance. + Nice to have familiarity with monitoring and logging tools. + Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. + Should have a proactive and self-motivated approach to work. + Must be able to mentor and guide junior team members. + Should have a strong understanding of system architecture and design principles. + Must be committed to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends. + Should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions. + Must be able to work in day shifts with no travel requirements.
