**Date Posted:** 2025-04-10 **Country:** China **Location:** LOC3386: No.1001-1002, 10F Minyoun Financial Plaza, No.35 Zidong Section Dongda Street, Chengdu, Jinjiang District, Sichuan, China 部 门： 新梯及现代化更新环境健康与安全部西区成都分公司 职位名称： 新梯及现代化更新分公司安全经理 职位级别： G3 工作地点： 成都 上级主管： 新梯及现代化更新区域安全经理 下属人数： 0 **岗位描述:** + 对分公司的新梯及现代化更新安全工作进行指导和协调，确保达到OTIS安全目标要求； + 实线向新梯及现代化更新区域安全经理进行汇报； + 业务上支持新梯及现代化更新分公司总经理。 **工作内容:** 1、监督工地的安全管理： + 制定分公司检查计划并跟踪实施； + 实施安全检查； + 进行开工审批、复核性审核； + 对各类安全检查的情况进行分析； + 跟踪整改的完成情况； + 协调内/外部安全检查。 2、在分公司提供培训及信息交流： + 制定分公司培训/交流计划并跟踪实施； + 针对新员工/合作方员工/转岗员工/在职员工，提供各类安全培训； + 与分公司员工进行安全信息的交流 （包括但不限于安全信息、事故信息以及新发布的程序等）； + 跟踪培训及信息交流完成情况。 3、上报各类事故，协助业务部门进行事故调查、督促整改与事故的关闭。 4、分公司EH&S评估： + 评估分公司现行的法律法规，确保法律法规的合规性； + 协调和实施在商业活动和房产租赁中的环境、健康与安全的评估； + 对一线部门提供安全技术支持； + 参与分包商年度评估； + 参与安全技术风险评估。 5、 协助分公司总经理开展分公司的EH&S活动： + 推动分公司完成总部安排的各项安全行动，如安全停工日； + 协助总经理组织完成分公司安全活动/会议，建立分公司安全文化。 6、其他安全相关事务。 **资质要求:** + 学历： 有机电工程类专业教育背景或安全专业教育背景，本科以上学历优先。 + 工作经验：具备3年以上安全管理或5年现场管理经验。 + 语言能力：基本的英文应用能力。 + 计算机水平：基本的电脑应用能力。 + 其它主要资质：拥有注册安全工程师职业资格证书优先考虑。 If you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.
