We are seeking talented individuals to join our Employee Health and Benefits team at Mercer China. This role will be based in Beijing Office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

Processing and analyzing employee benefits insurance data, including data cleaning, personnel characteristics analysis, claims rate calculation, disease characteristics analysis, identifying abnormal data, and deferred forecasting.Preparing employee benefits insurance inquiry letters and inquiry reports, including insurance plan definitions, service and terms descriptions, and analyzing and comparing quotation models.Preparing configuration documents for the employee flexible benefits system platform, including requirement verification, design of prompt graphics and text, and conceptualizing related logic.Creating employee flexible benefits analysis reports, such as mall consumption analysis and user registration preference analysis.Translating employee benefits, medical, and insurance-related materials, such as employee handbooks, presentation materials, communication emails, and agreements.Collecting industry information, including organizing relevant materials related to human resources, insurance, and government social security policies.Other supportive tasks.

What you need to have:

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree, graduating in 2026 and planning to work in China.Preference for majors related to management, such as insurance, actuarial science, health management, or human resource management.Interest in the fields of human resources and insurance financial services.Strong communication and collaboration skills, time management abilities, and a meticulous work attitude, with patience and attention to detail.Available to start work in mid to late June 2025.

What makes you stand out:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with the ability to use functions (e.g., VLOOKUP) and pivot tables.Good command of English, capable of working in a fully English-speaking environment and writing and translating relevant documents appropriately.Available for internship every day during the summer (July-August) and at least three days a week during September-October.
